Throughout my career, I’ve always known I had so much to give – a mix of skills, energy, and passion just waiting for the right outlet. When challenges came my way, especially during COVID-19, I found myself eager to contribute, yet struggling to find roles that truly fit where I was in life.

It made me stop and think. How many others were out there, ready to give their best, but missing the chance to shine simply because they hadn’t found the right opportunity? That question stayed with me – and it became the seed that grew into Hop To Talent.
